Board of Directors – nominee Marianne Hagen

• Marianne Hagen is the deputy minister at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and holds degrees in Law and Political Science from the University of Oslo. She is the deputy chair of the Norwegian foundation Sparebankstiftelsen DNBNor as well as a board member of Gjensidige NOR ASA. Her business experience includes management positions at the Norwegian Royal Court as well as the Norwegian Shipowners Association.

Nomination committee – nominee Silvija Seres

• Silvija Seres is an independent investor, founder and is a board member at DNV, DNV Holding, Stiftelsen Det Norske Veritas, Academia AB, Ruter AS, Norsk Rikstoto AS and P27 Nordic Payments Group. She holds degrees in Computer Science from University of Oslo as well as a PhD and a MA in Mathematical Science from Oxford University. She has completed Management programs at INSEAD and Norwegian Defense College and was a prize fellow, tutor, and lecturer at Oxford University. Her business experience includes management positions at Fast Search & Transfer and Microsoft Norway.
